Even the university education in the Czech Republic is considered free of charge the reality is different. Universitites charge different fees for different operations.  This article describes what can happen to student's wallet when studying university.

As for fees connected with university study there are rules set by law being more accurate when considering public universities. 

The modern multicultural environment has been supplying us with more and more  information all the time. The ability to process information technology products ranks among general skills. In accordance with these abilities there are skills that must continually be developed in view of new trends and needs. These skills are often referred to as soft ones and they are useful for everybody.  Some of them include e. g. the ability of efficient communication, flexibility in solving problems, coping with loads of information, an individual approach to dealing with information.
